Obtaining a key
Keys are created in the Partner Portal → API Keys after you activate a paid subscription (Starter, Growth, or Pro).The Free plan does not include Partner API access. You need an active paid subscription with
plan_activated_at set before API calls are allowed.Key format
- Prefix:
mt_live_ - Shown once at creation; store in a secret manager or environment variable
- Rotate anytime from the portal; the previous key is invalidated immediately
